Six years ago, Andy Ferguson and Matt McBriar started writing a blog (adaptively named Feel My Bicep) to share their passion for past and present electronic music. Fast forward a few years, and what started out as a writing hobby quickly developed into a serious music project and acted as a platform which propelled them into the multi-talented producers we know them as today.

With the days of jamming out in each other’s bedrooms long gone, the duo say they are heavily influenced by the 80’s and 90’s – sounds which are clearly evident in their tounge-in-cheek, eclectic mix of disco, house, funk and techno. Truly a fitting pair for the stripped back feel of La Belle Angele, the twosome are pioneers of vinyl-only where quality over quantity really matters, meaning that their visit to Edinburgh is bound to cause a stir on the depths of the dance floor.

Joining them is Brighton-based producer Leon Vynehall, who has been turning heads a lot of late with his fresh sounds and unrivalled production talent. His debut release ‘Mauve’ received widespread industry support and with an EP forthcoming on George FitzGerald’s label, Man Make Music, this rising music maker is already making serious waves.
